the tabs are not finished yet so no testing should be done on it. still need to put state icons on the tabs (red, yellow, green) also need to create minitabs with icon only no text. wait for next ver for these improvements.

When nontth option is on download chunks are no longer verified by tth no more bug where downloads kept resetting back a few megs and never finished.
